Lawn Care & Maintenance
(Mowing/Trimming/Blowing)
Mowing
Mowing is our core business. It's what we spend most or our time doing, and what we have the most experience in. We believe our niche is in our flexibility. Whether you have a large, multi-acre, commercial property, or a small city lot, we promise to listen to you, and mow your lawn the way you want it done. We also clean out our decks and sharpen the blades on a regular basis, so your grass always gets a neat, clean cut.
Our mowers are commercial grade and always well-maintained. We use mowers ranging from 21" push mowers (for small properties) up to large zero-turn riding mowers (for larger properties).
Trimming (Weed Eating)
In our opinion, the trimming makes the lawn! Performed correctly (in conjunction with mowing), it really gives the lawn a neat and clean appearance. And because of the skill involved in making the lawn look neat without scalping the grass, we have only our experienced crew members do the trimming. And as in mowing, we try to go the extra step to maintain customer satisfaction! For instance, we trim down unsightly weeds wherever they grow - such as cracks in driveways and patios. We also find that customers prefer a clean, edged look along driveways and sidewalks. So, we turn our trimmer head to cut in a vertical direction in these areas.
For most customers, we trim whenever we mow. However, if you prefer, we can quote the two separately, and trim with less frequency.
We also hear from people who don't mind mowing their own lawn, but hate to trim (weed eat). If this describes you, we can help by coming periodically and just trimming for you. Most of our customers that get this service, have us come about every 2-4 times a month.
Blowing
Blowing off driveways, patios, and sidewalks is performed every time we visit a property. There is no additional charge for this service, it's just part of leaving the property in a neat and clean condition.
Resort Style Maintenance
This Is Our 4 Star All-In-One Service! We treat your property like its our own and give it a Resort Style treatment. It starts with mowing the lawn, edging and blowing off driveways and hard surfaces. We also "touch every plant", and trim any bushes, shrubs, small trees, pull weeds in flowerbeds, and apply insecticide, pesticide, and fertilizer as needed. Think Busch Gardens or the beautiful Don CeSar's on St. Pete Beach, a vacation in your back yard... literally!

Small Tree Trimming

Clean Ups (Spring/Fall)
Seasonal clean-ups are an essential component of your landscape maintenance plan. We can help with this time-consuming but very important task. Spring is a time for renewal and the perfect time for preparing your landscape for the warm summer months. Tree leaves and Pine needles need to be cleared so that your grass can flourish. Garden beds need to be cleared of any remaining vegetation debris, and perennials need to be cut back. Fall is the time to ready your landscape for the dormant season and prepare for the upcoming year. Leaves need to be cleaned up, plants cutback, and bulbs planted. We have a dedicated team of professionals ready to tackle these tasks that will keep your landscape beautiful all year round.
Sod Installation
Sodding is the fastest and easiest way to establish a lawn. With proper care, your newly sodded yard will be ready for use in about 3 weeks. The average size yard can be installed in a few hours at a modest cost. Although seeding initially costs less, many costs recur due to erosion, reseeding, over-seeding, and watering. Seed can take 2 to 3 weeks to germinate. Newly seeded lawns take a great deal of time and nurturing to establish into mature, healthy lawn and cannot be used for months.
On a hot summer day in Florida, a lawn will be 30 degrees cooler than asphalt or rock, and 15 degrees cooler than bare soil. In the heat of the summer, the front lawn of 8 houses has the same cooling effect of 70 tons of air conditioning. 2,500 square feet of grass absorbs carbon dioxide and releases enough oxygen for a family of four to breathe.
Irrigation (System & Service)
An irrigation system requires seasonal care to ensure it is operating efficiently and providing the necessary water coverage for your landscape. Over watering can cause as much damage to plants as under watering. A properly maintained irrigation system not only saves you time and effort, it protects your investment in landscaping and ensures your lawn and plants are watered properly. Our Irrigation Specialist will make sure your irrigation system is working for you!
Our Irrigation Maintenance plan includes spring and fall services as well as two summer visits. The spring service makes sure the system is charged and programmed for correct water coverage and to make sure the irrigation heads are dispersing water properly. Our summer service makes sure that all of the irrigation system components are operating properly based on the turf appearance. They also help us identify any problems areas due to over or under watering. Our fall winterization service includes blowing out lines with compressed air and shutting down the water source as well as the controller. Both services include inspection and repair estimates of sprinkler stations.
